How do we collect your data?
Some of your data is collected when you give it to us, for example when you sign up for the newsletter or submit an entry to the silhouette competition. Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (e.g. web browser, operating system or time of the page view). We only collect visitor statistics if you have given your consent.
What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. With your consent, we evaluate anonymised visitor statistics to improve the website and the Rungesommer 2027 programme. Data you give us is used for the purpose stated in each case (e.g. sending the newsletter, running the competition, answering your enquiry).
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request that this data be corrected or deleted. If you have given consent to data processing, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. 2. Hosting
We host the content of our website with the following provider: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (hereinafter “ALL-INKL”).

Storage period

General information on the legal bases
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information on your device, the processing is additionally based on Section 25(1) TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act). Consent can be withdrawn at any time. If your data is required to perform a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract, we process it on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We also process your data where this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data may also be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The following sections explain the legal basis that applies in each case.
Recipients of personal data
We only pass on personal data to external bodies if this is necessary to perform a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so, if we have a legitimate interest in passing it on under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or if another legal basis permits it. When using processors, we only pass on personal data on the basis of a valid data processing agreement.
Withdrawal of your consent

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

Right to data portability

SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries or entries, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address line of your browser beginning with “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar. When SSL/TLS encryption is activated, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
4. Data collection on this website
Cookies
This website sets only a few cookies. Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device. We use cookies solely to store your decision in the consent banner (see “Consent management with Complianz”). Web analytics with Matomo works without cookies. We do not use third-party cookies.
You can set your browser to inform you when cookies are set, to allow cookies only in individual cases or to block them altogether. Details of the cookies used can be found in our cookie policy.
Consent management with Complianz
This website uses the WordPress plugin Complianz to obtain and record your consent to web analytics. Complianz runs on our own web server; no data is transferred to the manufacturer. Your decision is stored in cookies in your browser (including cmplz_statistics, cmplz_banner-status, cmplz_policy_id, cmplz_consented_services) so that you are not asked again on every page view.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (proof of consent) in conjunction with Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Manage consent” link.
Enquiries by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, your enquiry, including all personal data it contains (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of dealing with your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in dealing effectively with the enquiries sent to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose for storing it no longer applies (e.g. once your request has been dealt with). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Silhouette competition
For entries to the silhouette competition “Aus Papier Welten schneiden” (Worlds of Paper), we use a form on this website (WordPress plugin MetForm; the data is stored on our web server). The data we process, for what purpose and for how long, is described in the separate privacy information for the competition.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your first name, surname and email address in order to send you information about Rungesommer 2027 (about once a month). Registration uses the double opt-in procedure: you receive an email with a confirmation link and are only added once you have confirmed. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. After you unsubscribe, we will no longer send you the newsletter. You can request the deletion of your data at any time.
Mailing service provider Brevo
We use Brevo for sign-up and sending. The provider is Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany, a company of Sendinblue SAS, Paris.
The sign-up form on our newsletter page is provided by Brevo and is only loaded when you click “Load form”. Your IP address is then transmitted to Brevo. Brevo can evaluate whether newsletters are opened and links are clicked. Further information: Brevo’s privacy policy.
5. Analytics
Matomo
If you consent, we use the open-source software Matomo to compile anonymous visitor statistics. Matomo is installed as a WordPress plugin on our own web server; the data is not passed on to third parties.
- Matomo does not set any cookies.
- Your IP address is shortened by two bytes before it is stored (e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx).
- Data recorded includes pages viewed, time, referring website, campaign parameters, clicks on downloads and external links, search terms used in the site search, browser, operating system, screen resolution and approximate location at country level.
- Purpose: we want to understand which content and events are in demand and how visitors find us.
- Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent, no analysis takes place.
- Storage period: we only store the statistics for as long as they are needed for evaluation.
- Withdrawal: at any time via “Manage consent”.
6. Plugins, tools and links
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are stored locally on our server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers when you visit the website.
Multilingual content
We manage the language versions of this website with the WordPress plugin WPML. No data is transferred to the manufacturer when you visit the website.
Links to social networks and calendar services
On this website we link to our profiles on social networks (e.g. Instagram) and – in the events calendar – to adding events to Google Calendar or Outlook. These are simple links, not embedded content: data is only transferred to the provider concerned when you click on such a link. The provider is responsible for the processing on its own pages.
